 $1200 (Includes 4 Hours)

  • 1 Cigar Aficionado for cutting/lighting services.

  • Luxury seating/carpet and cigar lounge setup for up to 10 people.

  • Professional Decor (tables, and lighting).

  • Wi-Fi and Climate Control are available inside (as needed).

  • TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. (Available Option)

  • Sound system with Bluetooth to listen to your favorite tunes.

  • Cigar Bar with a wide variety of premium cigars available for purchase.

  • Party Favors are available for bookings 4 months in advance.

  • Professional Cigar Rolling Services (Available Option W/Advance Booking).

 $2200 (Includes 4 Hours)

  • 20ft X 20ft Pavilion Tent.

  • 2 Cigar Afficionados for cutting/lighting services.

  • Luxury seating/carpet and cigar lounge setup for up to 25 people.

  • Professional Decor (tables, bar tables/chairs and lighting).

  • Wi-Fi and Climate Control are available inside (as needed).

  • TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. (Available Option)

  • Sound system with Bluetooth to listen to your favorite tunes.

  • Cigar Bar with a wide variety of premium cigars available for purchase.

  • Party Favors are available for bookings 4 months in advance.

  • Professional Cigar Rolling Services (Available Option W/Advance Booking).

PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BELOW TO INCLUDE TRAVEL AND OUT OF STATE RATES

 

LOCAL RATE: 

  • Hourly rate depending on package selected (additional costs may apply). 

  • Additional Hours Beyond Booking Time Frame:  $150 per hour. Must be purchased 30 minutes prior to end of event. 

  • Holiday hourly rate quoted during booking consultation (additional to hourly rate or packages)

  • All day and full weekend package rates available at consultation.

 

OUT OF STATE OF VA: 

  • Out of State Hourly Rate $125 per hour in addition to standard package rate (5 -hour min for Tier 1 - VIP Packages) 

  • Additional Hours Beyond Booking Time Frame:  $200 per hour. Must be purchased 1 hour prior to end of event.                 

 DEPOSIT:​

  • 50% Deposit is required to book our services. Remaining balance is due 14 business days prior to the event. 

    • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

EVENT SITE

  • SITE MUST ACOMODATE A 20FT X 20FT TENT TO INCLUDE ENTRANCE​​

    • NO ROUGH TERRAIN/HILLY SURFACES/MUDDY SURFACES

    • We reserve the right to setup where we can avoid damage to our equipment to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. 

For Daily or Weekend Rate for out of state:  Call for details​​

FUEL SURCHARGE:

  • A fuel surcharge will be added to final invoice for travel above 35 miles.

  • If traveling over 100 miles there will be a fuel surcharge added to final invoice plus overnight lodging accommodations. (Contact Us for Details) 

 

ALL MOBILE LOUNGE PARTICIPANTS/GUESTS MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD.
